DostBank - Mobile Banking

With the Dostbank - Mobile Banking Application from "Bank of Baku" OJSC, you can save time and manage your banking transactions online using your mobile phone, control your accounts at any time of the day without needing to visit a branch. Here’s how to use the Mobile Application:

If you're a Bank of Baku customer, you can register in the Dostbank app as follows:

  • Download the Dostbank app to your mobile device from Google Play or the App Store;

  • Go to the "Register" section and select "I am a BoB customer";

  • Enter your personal customer ID and the password provided by Bank of Baku;

  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number by the bank — enter it and confirm;

  • Set a password for future access to the Dostbank App.

If you are not a Bank of Baku customer, you can register in the Dostbank app using SİMA as follows:

  • Download the Dostbank app to your mobile device from Google Play or the App Store;

  • Go to the "Register" section, select "I'm not a BoB customer", and enter an active mobile phone number that has not been registered before in the window that appears;

  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number by the bank — enter it and confirm;

  • Select "SİMA İMZA" and enter the PIN code and series number of your ID;

  • After completing the authorization and signing the contract, create a PIN code.

Dostbank mobile application offers you the following services:

  • Recognition of your app logins using Touch ID (fingerprint) and Face ID (facial recognition)

  • Transfers between personal accounts, internal bank accounts, and domestic accounts

  • Non-cash conversion transactions between accounts

  • Make commission-free transfers to MasterCard / Visa plastic cards using Bank of Baku or other processing center cards

  • Map of the nearest ATMs, branches, and payment terminals. 

  • Online currency converter

  • Placing applications for cash, debit, or credit cards.

  • Control your personal current, deposit or credit accounts and get a statement

  • Tracking all transfers, conversion, and payment history

  • Paying utility bills, mobile operators, TV and internet providers, and perform automatic recurring payments

  • Connect with the bank for assistance.
