Service fee and method of connection

  • To perform various operations, an SMS text in the following format is sent to the number 8145:

  • BALANCE: To receive information about your current balance
    BLOCK: To block a payment card
    UNBLOCK: To unblock a payment card
    STATE: To receive a statement of the last 10 transactions from your card account

  • Space; First 4 Digits of the card number; % Sign; Last 4 Digits

  • Bütün kartlar üzrə Dostbank mobil tətbiqi vasitəsilə məlumatlandırma pulsuzdur. SMS Bankçılıq üçün xidmət haqqı həm debet, həm də kredit kartları üzrə 28.02.2025 tarixindən etibarən 15 AZN (kartın istifadə müddətinin sonuna qədər) təşkil edəcək.

  • For instance:
    To check the balance of a card with the number 6473 xxxx xxxx 7430, the cardholder will type BALANCE 6473%7430 and sent it to 8145.
    To block a card with the number 5473 xxxx xxxx 4646, the cardholder will type BLOCK 5473%4646 and sent it to 8145.
