To perform various operations, an SMS text in the following format is sent to the number 8145:

BALANCE: To receive information about your current balance
BLOCK: To block a payment card
UNBLOCK: To unblock a payment card
STATE: To receive a statement of the last 10 transactions from your card account

Space; First 4 Digits of the card number; % Sign; Last 4 Digits

Notifications via the Dostbank mobile application are provided free of charge for all cards. Effective 28 February 2025, the fee for the SMS banking service for debit and credit cards is 15 AZN (valid until the card expires).

For instance:
To check the balance of a card with the number 6473 xxxx xxxx 7430, the cardholder will type BALANCE 6473%7430 and sent it to 8145.
To block a card with the number 5473 xxxx xxxx 4646, the cardholder will type BLOCK 5473%4646 and sent it to 8145.

The SMS banking service can be activated via the relevant button in the Dostbank mobile application or upon the customer's request (application, electronic request, etc.).
