WHAT is Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a next-generation payment system designed for use with Apple devices like the iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, and iPad. It enables fast and secure payments wherever contactless transactions are accepted.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE APPLE PAY?
You can activate Apple Pay through the DOSTBANK app or the Apple Wallet app.
Launch the DOSTBANK App and select the card you wish to add to Apple Wallet. Tap the "Apple Wallet" button below the card. Follow the steps provided and enter the one-time OTP sent to your phone number to complete activation.
Launch the Apple Wallet App on your iPhone and tap the "+" button. Add your card details. Enter the one-time OTP received on your phone number to finish activation.
Launch the Apple Watch App on your Apple Watch device. Go to "Wallet" and select "Add Card." Enter the card details and the one-time OTP sent to your phone number to activate Apple Pay.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS with Apple Pay?
Double-press the side (lock) button on your iPhone when making payments with Face ID. Look at your phone for facial recognition. Bring the phone close to the payment terminal to complete the transaction.
Bring your iPhone near the POS terminal when making payments with Touch ID. Place your finger on the Touch ID sensor to authorize the payment.
On Apple Watch device double-press the side button. Bring the watch screen close to the terminal to complete the payment.
To Pay Online, select Apple Pay during the order. Confirm the payment using either Face ID or Touch ID.
