Contactless payment: contactless payment function is the definition used for the transactions paid by card in the amount of less than 100 AZN without entering the PIN code.

Deposit Function: annual rate 7%*** ***Users of the Bolkart debit card receive daily income at an annual rate of 7% on the balance of the card account, provided that the balance is at least 100 AZN. If the balance exceeds 2000 AZN, the 7% rate applies to the amount up to 2000 AZN, and the portion exceeding 2000 AZN accrues interest at 5%. The service is available only for cards in AZN. Customers can enable or disable the accrual of annual interest income independently using the functions of the mobile app (Dostbank).

Issue of an additional card: subject to type and term of the card, fee applicable upon issue and service for the card.

Card renewal (extension): subject to type and term of the card, fee applicable upon issue and service for the card.

Each customer is entitled to receive one Bolkart Debit card free of charge. For any additional active debit cards, if the account maintains a minimum deposit of 300 AZN/USD/EUR, the Bolkart Debit card can be obtained for free, waiving the standard fee of 18 AZN. 

ATM cash, POS cash, card-to-card transfers, credit payments, transportation (excluding air transport), communications, mobile operator payments, betting, government and utility payments, quasi-cash transactions (such as wallet-related services), courier and cargo services, tax payments, bond payments, penalties, and court-related costs (including alimony) are not considered as turnover, and no cashback is calculated for these transactions. Transactions made through the "DOSTBANK" Mobile Application are also excluded from earning cashback.
Cashback amounts less than 0.01 AZN will not be considered.
