Unless stated otherwise in the Loan Agreement between the parties, the grace period for calculating interest on debt amounts from transactions with a grace period set by the Bank will extend from the transaction date to the date of the second payment following that transaction.
If the principal amount of the debt arising from a transaction with an applied grace period is not fully repaid to the Bank within that period, interest on the outstanding amount will be charged to the Client at the rate agreed upon in the Loan Agreement, with calculation starting 30 days before the last day of the grace period.
Starting from the first transaction day after the grace period, the Client is obligated to repay the Bank at least 1/24 (or 1/36) of the principal amount, or another proportion as determined by the Bank, along with the accrued interest, unless otherwise specified by the Bank. Interest will continue to accrue until the total debt is fully repaid.
