1 Urgent order presupposes issue and delivery of the card to the customer within the following business day;
2 Change of status of the card means its loss, theft, cancellation of the card prior to the expiration of the last month of the validity period, or temporary or permanent termination thereof.
3 Card replacement – In case of customer losed PIN, changed his/her name, physicaly damaged or losed the card, bank provide clien with new card. Client has give back the old card.
4 Reactivation of the card means activation of the card which was blocked due to incorrect PIN entry, or was temporarily blocked upon request of the customer.
5 “Chargeback” means objection of the customer to the debiting of his account. Where the claim for “Chargeback” is not proven, all expenses incurred by the Bank will have to be repaid by the claimant.
6 In case of client invested amount to the deposit card account, bank charges 1% commission from invested amount. And client release form charges at withdrawal form Bank of Baku’s ATM and POSes.
7 For overseas card transactions in the currency other than the currency of the card we will apply the rate of exchange established by MC international payment system as of the date of clearing operations on that transaction. Where the transaction is performed in Azerbaijan, we will use the rate of exchange of the NBA as of the date of clearing.
8 “Retail Transactions” means use of the card for payment for services and goods being purchased from certain points of sale (shops, restaurants, sport clubs, etc.)
9 For changing of PIN old one must be entered
10 For controling of transactions on account
11 Where “Card to Card” System is used for transfer of funds to Maestro Salary card, the additional commission will be 0.7%.
12 You can subscribe for this system by completing an appropriate application form.
At the moment, you can use this system to pay your electricity bills, as well as your phone bills for “Azercell” and “Bakcell” without any commission for the transfer of money.
