Bank of Baku provides services of information and payment which has no analogues.
You can get information about your accounts and pay a debt at any time from any part of the country through telephone without coming bank.

In order to do it you just need any telephone, plastic card and your personal customer code(you can get code from bank).

You should follow which is mentioned below:

  1. dial 145 from mobile or home phone and choose appropriate menu
  2. in order to enter the system enter the 6 sign code which is indicated on the left top of the pay cheque
  3. choose the sort of credit from proposed list by system.

Information menu

Client can get information wich is mentioned below:

  • main debt;
  • percent debt;
  • fine;
  • outpayment for today.

Payment menu.

Choose menu for payment and repayment for credit enter the data of plastic card marked below and enter the sum for payment:

Notice:

  1. While getting information and repayment you will be accompanied with electronic guide.
  2. When customer code is entered mistaken you will be blocked by system during 15 minutes.
  3. Requests that are entered out of working day will be realized on the next working day.
  4. Everyday information is refreshed till 10:00 am.
