Storage of property of Bank
Employees bear responsibility for storage at them material and non-material actives (money resources, securities, busines-plans, data on the client, intellectual property, stock) of Bank. The bank property can be used only for bank and not in the contradiction to internal rules of bank. The inventions made as a result of labour activity, improvement and other intellectual riches are the property of bank.
The documentation and accuracy of reports
Employees are responsible for the reports prepared by them, for accuracy and the maintenance of other documents and the information. Financial reports are conducted according to the legislation and internal rules. Employees should provide confidentiality of the information entrusted to them, at the same time should co-operate with external and internal auditors, give them a trustworthy information, provide them with unlimited access to documents demanded by them (according to legal and internal rules). Document destruction which has discrepancy is inadmissible (in this case the decision can be made at least by manager).
Working conditions and relations between worker
Bank according to labour legislation, aspires to even more for improvement of working conditions of workers. At the same time employees should follow safety rules and not substitute themselves and fellow workers in a situation menacing to their health.
Relations with clients and other parties
Mutual relations of Bank with clients, suppliers, competitors is based on justice and conscience principles.
Misfeasance, a manipulation the information available for you and other rash acts are inadmissible. For maintenance of efficiency of suppliers (the goods and services) the Bank is guided by market economy principles (the price, quality, speed etc.).

Bank does participate in political activity . But , recognises the right to politicise any employee, according to the law and to internal rules of bank, with a condition, that the head of a site in advance has been notified. However, some conditions in this case should be observed. It can not be in working hours , in these purposes the bank property should not be used. Political activity of the employee should not have negative effect on a work course. At any time the worker should manage distinctly show that, its political views and opinion belong only to him and have no relation to Bank.
Confidentiality of bank secrets, services and other information: Worker should keep confidentiality of the received information at operating time, and also after dismissal. Exceptions can be made only in the cases provided by the law. Bank secrets, services and other information kept by bank previously includes, for example: clients of bank, operation, strategy, business plans, internal standard and other certificates, projects (including concerning the new goods), employees (including conditions of the labour contract), suppliers, system of safety and other information. .
Our clients are our main treasure. Confidentiality of the information on clients, use by employees of this information only according to the legislation and regulations are our duty.
The bank keeps confidentiality of information, concerning persons of the employee, its use is limited to frameworks of corresponding structures, and also the legislation and internal rules.
Collision of interests: Employee of bank should not undermine the trust , should consider each undertaken act and should not admit collision of personal interests with interests of bank. Should avoid of such situation which can lead to collision of interests of bank and of employee. should not abuse the position in bank, including rationally exploit the received information. If you wish to undertake any step in which personal interests and interests of bank will face, it is necessary to inform the manager.
Conducting transactions by means of the insider information, or by use of bank data.
If you have the classified information you should not use this information for your interests. You also should not transfer this information to someone that they also could not use this information. Employment of relatives
The bank adheres to a policy not to employ relatives of workers and heads of bank. Working of relatives in bank is not forbidden, but in this case one of relatives should be in such position that it could not supervise an acceptance condition for work of other relative, carry out the control over it, discuss conditions of its labour contract. Besides, in this case other risks are prevented at the conclusion of transactions.
Work out of bank
Considering probable possibility of collision of interests of bank and spent work out of bank activity (for benefit reception in any form) you should receive the permission of heads of bank. If you already involved in such activity it is necessary to inform the employer, and also for continuation to receive the permission.
If by commercial activity there is no collision with interests of bank (for example: the competitive organisation or the client do not co-operate with partners), it does not influence image of bank and the management is satisfied with the work of employee (for example: there is no absent-mindedness, tiredness because of low EFFICIENCY) these can be accepted positively.
